Crash Couse for Beginner's Photography Feb - April 2010

After hearing people say, “Aw…you’re only having one class? But I have to work that day…” a few times, I realized the demand for beginner’s photography lessons.

I have decided to make this Crash Course for Beginner’s Photography a staple at art at snow photography. To best accommodate everyone’s schedule, I have three different days of the week and times over the next 3 months.

In three hours, you will have picked up basic tools to maximize your camera, whether it’s a wee point and shoot, or a DSLR. We will talk about the settings in your camera, composition, ISO, white balance, lighting, basic posing. Want to know more? Give Michelle a call at (604) 783-3756.

Unsolicited testimonial from Jan 2010 session:

“Thank you very much for yesterday. That was a great start on the road to better photos :) I enjoyed your style and the photographs you used to illustrate your points were outstanding! Thanks a lot.”

Maha

Testimonial from previous students:

“The short course was an excellent introduction to understand your camera and learn how to take better pictures. She was able to provide high quality instruction with a small group of students. I really enjoyed how she was able to provide guidance to all students in a manner that was appropriate, knowledgeable and professional. ”

Shannon Bradley.

“This is the most useful workshop that I have ever attended. I’ve taken photography class at school for 2~3 years, but I never really learned the skill. Michelle taught me more than my teacher did!! Highly recommend everyone to attend her workshop.”

Joanne Hu.

“Michelle is able to explain abstract concept with simple terms and concrete examples. After the class, I have reinforced some basic photography concepts and have also learned new techniques. This course is definitely a great start for beginners.”

Tony Shum.
